INGREDIENTS USED IN RENEW

* BURDOCK ROOT:
known for its blood purification properties and help with acne and eczema.

* LEMON MYRTLE:
contains cleansing properties targeted at acne.
* ALFAFA:
helps with the detoxification of the urinary tract and helps cleanse the liver and blood. Aids digestion too.

* PEPPERMINT:
rich in antioxidants that are beneficial in repairing skin and regrowth.

* LIQUORICE ROOT:
helps heal skin ailments such as eczema, psoriasis, inflammation, sunburn, persistent skin redness, and athlete's foot.
* Nettle leaf:
promotes skin health, regulates blood sugar levels and blood pressure.
* Milk thistle:
Packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, it may be a useful supplement for people with acne.
* Calendula petals:
Rich in antioxidants that help neutralise free radicals, limiting the effect they can have on the skin.
* Orange peel:

BREW INSTRUCTIONS:

* Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly..
* Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx. 2g) of Renew in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.

* Remove the strainer.

DRINK:

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as required.
