BREW INSTRUCTIONS:

* Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
* This blend can be enjoyed warm or chilled over ice.
* Add 1 heaped teaspoon (approx 1.5 grams) of the loose leaf tea to a strainer/infuser then place into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
* Remove the strainer.

Drink:
Drink 1 cup in the morning before breakfast and 1 cup in the afternoon, about 3 hours before dinner.
