  • 1 5 1 5 I ordered a gift voucher for a friends wedding. I've never found it more difficult to order a gift card online. The message I wrote included punctuation, which I would have through was pretty common, however the received gift card could not display the characters right.

    I contact support right away to asked for it to be fixed and I didn't get a message back. I then had to contact support again via the order under my profile and got a message quiet quickly saying it will be fixed. The problem was it still wasn't fixed - not all the punctuation was still not fixed after the full stops.

    I again had to contact support to have this fixed and had to wait for that to happen. I need to send the gift card for a wedding. Something that should be super easy was the hardest purchase ever.

    Its so easy to loose a customer who then tells 10 others over winning one.
