Directions:

After showering, apply YUNG BOD C-SECTION MAMA CREAM to dry skin. Depending on your scars age, we recommend the using following massage techniques to rejuvenate your skin.

New scars
- Age: Approximately 12 weeks to 24 months
- Gently move the smaller, amethyst end of the roller around your c-section site. Carefully move in up and down, back and forth directions, so youve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
- When your wound is three months old, you can use the larger, ridged end of the roller on the site. Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch the skin in your c-section area, moving the roller in up and down, back and forth directions, so youve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
- You can build up pressure over time and up to five minutes of massage per day.

Old scars
- Age: Approximately 2 years onwards
- This area can be sore and delicate, even if the scar is years old. However, you can massage the site straight away.
