Four Humours:
Based on the four elements of earth, water, air, and fire, and their accompanying qualities of cold, hot, moist, and dry, the concept of the four bodily humours originated with the ancient Greek philosophers Aristotle, Hippocrates, and Galen. A foundational principle of medieval and Elizabethan cosmology, more recently, the humours have influenced modern psychology's personality tests.

Guided by the principles of ancient Greece, as well as Chinese medicine, herbalism, and aromatherapy, we have created each of these four bath soaks with an exceptional blend of salts, botanicals and essential oils.

CHOLERIC with crushed black mustard, Myrrh & Frankincense gum and Cedarwood
