EMOTIONOLOGY

With a passion for children s Emotional wellness and a background in Holistic Health, Tabitha Lakeland collaborated with her talented 10 year old son Asher to create a tool to arm children with Emotional Intelligence.

We were always taught to be happy, smile and to bury any emotions that weren t good ones! When children aren t given the tools to explore and understand ALL emotions, they re being taught that unless they re happy there is something wrong with them. Understanding, exploring and accepting all emotions in the formative years leads to emotional resilience, confidence, boosted immunity, purpose, happiness and overall wellness.

It is my absolute passion to excite children about all Emotions. Help them shine light on the icky ones instead of hiding them. I m a big believer in what you resist will persist and truely believe that if we make friends with every part of ourselves our mental and emotional wellness will thrive.

Emotionology Emotion support cards have been a heart driven project. The first batch sold out within 24 hours and they ve already been shipped globally. We re so excited to see how many little hands we can get them into and love arming little ones with Emotional Intelligence from an early age
