The Essentials Collection AURORA TOP is a statement garment. It has a simple round neckline, a button & loop closure at the back, dropped sleeves and boxy shaping throughout the body. A cropped front hemline gives way to a dramatic swooping back hemline. Aurora cleverly appears dress-like from the back and the shorter hem up front creates a beautiful frame for the pieces worn below. A simple but ingenious design from our early archives.

Styling Tip: There are so many ways to style Aurora (1) with a pant; wide or straight-legged  (2) over a dress such as Danni or Dolly (3) over the Ophelia Shirt Dress with a knee-high boot (4) put a shorter layer underneath for a contrast colour pop.

Care Instructions
We recommend that you follow these simple guidelines to care for your Aurora:

* Wash with other white articles only to ensure your Aurora retains its whiteness
* Turn your garment inside out to reduce friction on the right side
* Use a spray stain remover around the collar for make-up stains & cuffs 
* Use the gentle or hand wash cycle on your washing machine
* Wash in cold or lukewarm water
* Use a mild detergent such as a wool mix - do not add a softener
* Give your garment a shake out and dry on a hanger, avoiding direct sunlight
* Do not tumble dry
* Iron inside out using the linen setting on your iron OR
* Embrace the wrinkles and don't iron at all
* For more intentional wrinkles we suggest twisting the garment before wearing.  

With a white garment, especially one like Aurora which is worn next to the skin, we recommend washing after each wear to ensure the white remains vibrant.
