Our atlases often pre-date 1960s so it is near impossible to source every location in detail - particularly images of roads, landmarks or specific buildings etc. We ask that you choose a town (UK) or city (worldwide) so we can successfully find your location. Please provide as much information as possible about your chosen location. Our international maps are often less detailed and small islands (such as the Seychelles, Maldives etc) are unlikely to be shown in detail. If we are unable to show your location named we will show the relevant area. Unfortunately, we cannot check for specific locations prior to purchase. Please also be aware that as we use authentic vintage maps there may be a variation in your location's spelling or it may have changed over the years.

Please Note:
To create our pictures we use vintage maps, please be aware that we are unable to have landmarks or roads etc marked, this is why we ask you to give the town or the city instead. We have a better chance of finding that for you. The heart will be stitched in a place that allows your town/ city to be shown and where the team member stitch it thinks it will look best.
If we're unable to find your location we will do our best to get as close as possible and show it contextually with other marked locations shown and try to keep it as central as possible. If you'd like us to let you know if we can't find your location, please pop us a message alongside your order.
Our maps of the UK are relatively extensive, we are always growing our collection but some locations abroad we may not have. Also as we're using vintage maps, some names of towns / cities may have changed. We use maps that predate the 1960's so please take this into consideration.
