Located in Margaret River in Western Australia, they have a philosophy of 'Bean to Bar' and this is beautifully expressed in this chocolate bar, using a selection of single plantation cacao's stone ground to produce a complex chocolate. Cacao and coffee - two single origin beans from Brazil meet.
