Care instructions:
- Avoid exposure to directly sunlight. Even though it is UV printed, the harsh Australian sun can fade the print over time.
- Dust with a dry cloth.
- We have gone to the extra effort to provide you with a keyhole at the back for you to hang directly off a nail in the wall. If you would prefer not to nail into your walls or you live in a rental property we suggest using the 3M self-adhesive strips. Always follow the instructions on the packaging and determine if your wall surface is suitable.
- As wood is a natural product, colour may vary when the photo is printed directly without a white background. Also, colours vary depending on what device you are using. Often phones and computer screens appear brighter in colour than what is printed.
Image Requirements:
- Please email you photo to us via Hard to Find.
- Allow a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork or photo. This allows us to print your image right up to the edge. If you choose to have a border, you dont need to worry about a bleed area.
- Always aim to have the original photo file, Mobile phone images are ok 99% of the time, however if it has been cropped or highly edited, the resolution may be compromised. Especially when it is enlarged to A4 and above.
- Take note of the size of the photo block and crop your image accordingly. If the image is sent un-cropped, we will crop it for you.We take no responsibility for in correct cropping.

You have the option to choose from No Border, White Border or Wood Border.
Note: White Border isn't available for Exposed Wood print type listed below.
Exposed wood grain:
This is when the printer doesn't print any white pigment and it appears transparent on the wood. As a result, the wood grain or surface underneath is visible through the image.
White base on wood:
This makes the image opaque and you cant see the wood grain or surface underneath and it appears just like a printed photo. Please note however, wood has a texture that you can feel and this is still the case after the image is printed. The print doesn't make the surface smooth.
