VESPER

James Bond: I think Ill call it a Vesper

A subtly sweet sipper, perfectly suited to a summers day. This dry Martini style is one of the only classics to showcase both gin and vodka side by side, each of which are duly complimented by the delicate citrus and bitter notes of wine-based aperitif Cocchi Americano.

Chill, pour into a frozen cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

HANKY PANKY

As sassy as the name suggests, the Hanky Panky is set to seduce anyone in a love affair with the Martini or Negroni. The sweetness of Cocchi sweet vermouth is paired with a punchy aromatic bitterness from earthy Italian amaro, Fernet Branca. The result, a bold bittersweet bartenders favourite.

BROOKLYN

Named after the culturally diverse borough of NYC, the Brooklyn is equally rich and enticing. Sister of the classic Manhattan, this drier variation combines dry vermouth instead of sweet with the rich sour cherry of Maraschino. The lasting impression is perfectly bittersweet thanks to French aperitif Amer Picon.

Chill, pour into a frozen cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

BOBBY BURNS

O thou, my muse! Guid auld Scotch drink!
Scotch Drink by Robert Burns, 1785

Named after the romantic Scottish poet Robert Burns, this riff on the classic Scotch Manhattan is rich, robust and rustic, much like the man himself. A hint of peat is partnered with sweet ripe citrus from the sweet vermouth, and benedictine and bitters combine to give a herbaceous dry finish.

Chill, pour into a tumbler or rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
