We have made so many memories and stories come to life with our map collection, from gifts for the groom with the wedding location and where he first met his bride, to a pendant showing New York with an engraving of ‘Will you marry me?’ on the back (and she said yes!).
When I first made our personalised map pendant, a favourite piece from our map collection, a friend of mine was living away from home and was feeling really homesick. Our personalised map cufflinks were already a huge success so I decided to make a pendant for my friend using a Brighton map so she could always be reminded of home. She absolutely loved it and all her friends loved it too. The development of the pendant is very special to me and I love how the idea became a reality and also helped my friend along the way.
Our personalised map collection has a special place in my heart as it enables me to keep Melbourne with me wherever I go. I travelled to Australia and lived in Melbourne for a year in 2009/10 and since returning, I have worn my personalised Melbourne map pendant to remind me of some of the best times in my life. My pendant conjures up memories of my time there, of all the amazing people I met and places I visited, something I will never forget.
