Each card is made using a premium matt 300gsm white greeting card with emerald green envelope. The inside of the card is left blank for you to write your own message. Your card will be protected in sealed plastic and sent in a board envelope for safe delivery.

I have not received the product a week after it was meant to arrive. It is a Fathers Day card and it may not arrive, after contacting them I received:

We use Royal Mail's priority airmail service which has a delivery estimate of 5-25 working days. They are usually on the shorter side of this but I'm afraid we can't offer any guarantees and there is no tracking service available with this service.

Unfortunately the HTF team insist on displaying a delivery estimate of 10-14 days regardless of the shipping country so we set our dispatch time to 10 business days even though we usually dispatch within one working day (as was the case with this order). We do this in order to give the customer a more accurate delivery estimate overall so that they can make a better informed decision on their purchase.
