His name is really short, only three letters and I thought that the engraved of his name will be in the centre of the bookmark. When I received it I saw that they have put his name well to the very top, with the 3 small letters going down. Looks a bit silly but, anyway, hey a bookmark is always handy and the colour, quality and size is just perfect.

    I am very unsatisfied with the quality of the personalised leather bookmark I purchased. I have asked for this poor quality to be addressed and to return the bookmark as it is nothing like what it appears to be on the website. I expected more from the customer service team with regards to resolving this. Now I do not have a gift to give this person.
