    Description:

A unique geeky card for mum on Mother's Day.

This card depicts the elements of a 'mother' using chemical symbols from the periodic table of elements. Underneath these chemical symbols, there is a short 'scientific' description of a typical mother. This description is composed of actual descriptive features of the elements used in the making of the word. So, a mother is described as 'essential for plant growth' which is a property of Molybdenum (Mo), 'high in energy' (Thorium, Th), and 'soft, rare, bright and turns rosy in the sun' (Erbium, Er).

The 'Mother' card has been designed especially Mother's days but would actually be great to give to parents on birthdays too.

We have lots of humorous periodic element cards for you to choose from - see other items in the Newton and the Apple shop for more choices.
