My fabulous new range for summer 14/15. Wildflower was actually a photograph on the pink paper like everlastings. I then played around with the image and created this crazy explosion of colours, love this design. Inspired by a recent visit to the beautiful and haunting Kennedy Ranges in the Gascoyne, Western Australia. On our way to a picnic in the gorges we were lucky enough to experience the brief explosion of wildflowers. I have then designed these images from the photographs I took on that visit. Wearable art!
About my earrings:
My original and forever popular earrings. Inspired by a pair of beautiful earrings my mother brought back from Fiji in the 70's. They were the most amazing dark bottle green and encased with what looked like a 'bubble'.
Handmade by carefully pouring resin into the setting and then delicately picking out any bubbles, not always and easy task and can take hours while setting, but worth it as the resin creates a wonderful glossy look which accentuates the papers beneath.
