Organic cotton from India is farmed without the use of pesticides, genetically modified seed or synthetic fertilisers. The farms are located in monsoonal areas, and no irrigation is required. The cotton is certified organic by a global inspection and certification group called The Control Union. The fabric is knitted in Melbourne and coloured using accredited eco dyes for colour fastness and sustainability. The t-shirts themselves are manufactured in Sydney by a factory that doesn't employ or contract any home workers or outworkers, is guaranteed sweatshop free and is carbon neutral. The fabric is 180gsm (heavier than most) and very soft. All t-shirts are reinforced with shoulder-to-shoulder taping for quality and durability. Over 90% of the t-shirt production is made in Australia.
This design was inspired by online article: "Wearing a simple white t-shirt with a 'T' printed on front makes men more attractive to women, study finds." Say what?... yes indeed, "Nottingham Trent researchers say this simple illusion significantly improves the wearer's waist to chest ratio, which women see as a sign of masculinity and attractiveness. Wearing an upright 'T' on a t-shirt made the men 10 per cent more attractive to women."
So... all you blokes... why not embark on your own "attractiveness" research and put the 'T' shirt to the test?
T-shirt warranty: There is a 3-year replacement warranty on workmanship and manufacturing of our t-shirts. This warranty only covers the t-shirt itself, not wear and tear on the printing.
