3 5 3 5 The balance between minimising packaging and maintaining product integrity is a bit off, especially once couriers become involved. The boxes I received were damaged (torn, dented), which made gift presentation awkward. The glasses themselves seemed good quality.

They have scuffed round the sides of the glass after only a few uses but the nonslip base is great!

Packaging was light, product good, but didn't realise joins around glass would be so obvious. Thought there was a crack at first....

As they were described. No complaints and received in good time. The flimsy cardboard packaging would not have survived in rainy conditions as was quite beaten up when it arrived

They are described as having the look and feel of glass. This is rubbish. They are plastic wine glasses and have the look and feel of plastic. Expensive plastic. Kept them because I was too embarrassed to send them back. Fooled by the description I purchased them thinking that because Newson was involved at some point that they might have had the weight and genuine feel of a wine glass. They absolutely do not. They have the weight and feel of any old plastic cup!!! Will not be so trusting of the description again.

The wine glasses are nice, but they are essentially plastic, if you're like me, you would rather drink wine out of a nice glass. However, they look great and I'll use them for the outdoors, camping and picnics.

To be honest I didnt love them
They looked more glass like in the picture but appear very picnic basket quality.
Thought i was getting a great deal - ended up getting what I paid for.
Will put away for a picnic day
