52mm x 40mm.
Laser cut from Tasmanian Myrtle (Nothofagus cunninghamii) veneer, which has a lovely grain and a warm, reddish-brown hue. Sealed with waterbased varnish for protection and a natural, matte finish.
This crazy mooer with her purple packaging, is reminiscent of the silly poem by Gelett Burgess, "I never saw a purple cow. I never hope to see one. But I can tell you anyhow I'd rather see than be one!"
The brooch measures 52mm x 40mm, with a hook-style pin. The custom-made packaging can be folded into an easel-style card, perfect for keeping this little treasure on display. Please note that as every sheet of veneer is unique, your purchase may differ from the example pictured in terms of the natural grain of the wood.
