Chocolate Fondue - Mastrad - Hearts

Chocolate Fondue Recipe
450 gr dark, sweet or semi-sweet chocolate1 1/2 cups light (organic) cream 1 tsp. Vanilla extractCut some fruit of your choice in squares
Break chocolate squares into smaller pieces and drop them into the fondue pot.
Add cream (which will prevent the chocolate from going lumpy) and stir gently
Add vanilla extract, and stir it in.
Use a fondue fork to spear the fruit, then dip it in the chocolate. Enjoy!
Variations to Chocolate Fondue Recipe
sliced bananas (grilled + caramelized, even better), apples, pears, peaches, pineapples, dried fruit, citrus sections, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries
some chopped nuts: pecans, almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts all work well
amaretti, biscotti, crystallized ginger chunks
a tablespoon of instant coffee granules or cappuccino
your favorite syrup flavor
Chocolate Marshmallow Fondue Recipe
170 gr chocolate chips1/2 cup miniature marshmallows1/3 cup whipping cream1 tablespoon grated orange peel 2 tablespoon fresh orange juiceCut some fruit of your choice in squares
Combine all ingredients in the fondue pot.
Cook over low heat and stir until chocolate has melted and everything is thoroughly combined.
