Sizing:
This bangle comes in our unique Clasp style. This eliminates the need for you to base your sizing on your hand. It can be stretched out to fit over wrists instead, woo! It's a regular size (63.7mm) when closed.
The clasp fits around 80% of people so it is perfect for gifting!
Material:
Our bangles are made with love from high-quality stainless steel. Rose gold bangles are dipped in 18k Rose Gold. They are 100% hypoallergenic, and nickel & lead free.

Clasps
Our Clasp style bangles are delicate and require a bit of extra care compared to our solid bangles.
Try to avoid hitting the bangle on any hard surfaces. We also suggest not sleeping with the bangle on as it may get hooked on the covers (or damaged while you sleep-thrash...)
We do offer a 12 month warranty on our clasps, so if they break, please let us know via emailing us at hello@bebangles.co!
Silver Bangles
Our stainless steel silver bangles are pretty tough and won't tarnish or rust. It can get scratched, but your local jeweller should be able to polish them out for you.
You can polish your silver bangle easily with a silver polishing cloth. If it needs a clean, use a lint free cloth dipped in warm soapy (mild dishwashing liquid is fine) water to wipe the bangle clean. Then dry and polish with your polishing cloth.
Rose Gold
Our 18k Rose Gold and 14k Yellow Gold plated bangles are gorgeous, but delicate. So youll need to take extra care with them prevent any of the rose gold/yellow gold tarnishing or being worn away.
Here are a few things your rose gold/yellow gold bangle needs to AVOID in order to stay sparkly and shiny.
Perfume / lotions / hairspray
These ones are often the main culprit of tarnishing. If youre applying perfume to your wrists, keep your rose gold bangles on the dresser for that day. The chemicals in perfume can react with the rose gold and cause it to tarnish.
If youre using lotion, make sure its absorbed into the skin before you put your bangles on.
And do your hair then wash your hands/wrists before popping those rose gold bangles onto your wrists.
Chemicals and rose gold/yellow gold plated bangles do not mix!
Chlorinated, salt or freshwater
Too much moisture will deteriorate the quality of the plating. And water can cause it to disintegrate or wear off. Take your rose gold/yellow gold bangle off before a shower or bath - and if youre going swimming, chlorine and saltwater are a definite no-no.
Swimming, showering and bathing are not a good match for your bangle!
Do not using a silver cloth, baking soda, or any other chemicals to clean rose gold /yellow gold plated jewellery.
Our bangles are delicate and unfortunately we cant help if they end up tarnished!

Getting that phone call was one of the most awful moments of my life. It happened in the midst of 2020. Right in the middle of the pandemic.
Your grandad has died suddenly, Im so sorry. So sorry.
I hung up the phone, stunned. How? There was no warning.
One day he was there, the next day he wasnt.
My grandad was the kindest and happiest man Ive ever known. As a kid, I followed him everywhere helping him work on the farm. His laughter and smile were contagious.
I didnt understand how he could just be gone.
The night he died I had the most vivid dream that Ill never forget.
Grandad and I were playing tennis on the lawn and he was laughing all goofy as he used to.
As the sun started to set, Granded turned to me.
I have to go. He said.
You cant go. I began crying in my dream. Please, stay, please stay. Ill do anything. I begged.
Im sorry honey, its time for me to leave.
I started bawling, and I watched his silhouette walk down the dirt track into the sunset.
I woke up suddenly, with tears in my eyes - but strangely, with a sense of calm.
Was that his way of telling me it was okay? That even though I didnt want to, I could let him go?
He mightve died, but hes still very much alive in my life.
These days, its not often I actually take the time to look at the sky, but when I do I think of him. Life is short. The relationships you form and the love that grows from them is never-ending.
Now when I watch the sunset, I know hes still around. For me, its a reminder that hell always be with me, even if hes not here in person. Our loved ones will always be close.
