If your baby is not yet born you can add your birth details to the plaque using a fine permanent marker or standard ballpoint pen. Ensure to leave the birth details if you want it included when you order otherwise will be left blank for you to fill out.

1. First name in 3D white
2. Two names etched below (middle name and last name)
3. BORN, TIME, WEIGHT, LENGTH will be etched along with birth details if provided OR an area will be left blank to the right of the words for you to handwrite the birth details once your little one is earthside.
