  • 4 5 4 5 The dice is similar to that shown in the photo, but the letters are not as dark brown and the wood has not been varnished. I will most likely put a clear varnish on it to protect the wood and engraving.

  • 1 5 1 5 The product was defective but the seller refused to provide a replacement and blamed the poor quality on it being a natural product. The product I received did not reflect the description or images on the website. There was no warning that I would receive a substandard product because it was made using timber. Customer support tried to assist me (although it did take over a week to get a response from the seller) but the seller still refused to replace it and customer support couldn’t do anything more. I was offered to return it and seek a refund but it was honestly too much trouble to go through the process and it still left me without a gift. Buyer beware. There are much better websites out there who support customers in these circumstances.
