After many years working at craft beer venue Yulli's Restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney, good mates James Harvey and Karl Cooney sought to brew beer that could both stand alone in your every day pub and also accompany food in a fine dining experience. Like a good dish, each beer has a focus on balance; with malt bills and hop regimes dedicated to this goal. Despite this dedication to the craft, James and Karl's ultimate goal is to produce beer that a bunch of friends or strangers can sit around, laugh and enjoy together! Norman Australian Ale is an approachable session beer made from all local ingredients. Seabass Mediterranean Lager is a light, dry and clean unfiltered lager. Amanda is an American style IPA layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected hop bill and a healthy serving of cold pressed mandarins blended with orange peel liqueur. Cheers!

Barefoot Farm : Roasted Pecans 130g : Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW.
Barefoot Farm is the story of two chefs with a shared paddock to plate passion who became farmers. Ash and Matt planted their first Market Garden together while living in a worn-out bus in the Byron Bay hinterland. Following organic farming principles, they hand-cleared two acres of overgrown farmland to raise free range chickens and pigs and grow vegetables to sell at local markets. Wanting to expand, they took over a pecan farm in the nearby pristine Eltham Valley. The pecan orchard is managed without pesticides and with a focus on natural fertilisation and soil management. Of all the tree nuts, pecans have some of the highest content of antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which is good for a healthy immune system. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, natural, no nasties, high protein, low sodium.

Phillippa's Bakery : Herbed Spiced Nuts 150g : VIC, Australia.
Using the best quality natural ingredients and family recipes, Phillippas specialises in producing products that are no longer regularly made in the home, keeping alive the art of bread, pastry and preserve making. A mixture of nuts -almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, pumpkin, pecans and sunflower seeds coated in a secret blend of freshly seasoned herbs and spices, resulting in a mooreish snack with a warm spice kick.

Located in the center of Australia’s ‘food bowl’, Cominos has quickly grown from a small mixed farming operation in 2003 with 1000 small olive trees and a davey pump to now having 5000 olive trees. Their tapenade is a lovely versatile dip made of a delicious mix of olives, herbs, capers and a hint of anchovy and garlic.
