Your fob will be lovingly made in our studio near Bath. Each key ring takes up to three hours to design and make. From a raw piece sterling silver, to a shiny fob bearing the names of all he holds dear - this is a purely bespoke item, made just for him.
The fob is hand-stamped, planished (hammered lightly to texture the surface) and domed on a wooden block. The only machinery involved is to smooth the edges and polish to a high shine.
Variation in spacing and alignment is part of the bespoke nature of this hand-stamped item.
This original gift from The English Shipmate will be struck on the back with Victoria Harwood's markers mark and the .925 Sterling Silver mark.
New dads to empty-nesters, and grandpas too, love to belong - so here's a design that celebrates their role, made just for them in our studio in England.
This design is based on our popular design for mothers; we started to get so many requests for a Dad or Grandfather version, so here it is!
2 EASY STEPS TO CREATE YOUR KEY RING:
1. Add your names via the menu boxes. Please note, when adding your names, that names over nine letters are a tight fit!
The font used for the names may be in Pinafore or Typewriter, depending on spacing and clarity.
2. Choose a couple of design stamps from the Gallery image - from hearts to bikes and baby feet!
3. Choose your ink to pick out the text.
The compass stamp and triple heart stamps are a bit too large for this design.
That's it, you've done it!
We have 36 design stamps! See the design stamp image for the number. Our design stamps include:
Large heart stamp, honeybee, beehive and honey bees, infinity symbol, cross, baby feet, teddy bear, paw prints, owl, tree of life, tennis racket, moustache, musical notes treble clef and double clef, boom box, retro camera, star of David, triple heart, intertwined hearts, whimsical heart, simple heart, bee hive, bird, starfish, compass, anchor, small yacht, sailboat, train, bike, vintage motorbike, smiling robot, space rocket and retro caravan.
The fob will be hand-stamped with the fonts shown; variation in spacing and alignment is part of the bespoke nature of this item. Hammer marks are to be expected as we use hammers!
