Bunnamagoo Estate Wines are the outcome of a long-standing interest on the part of the Paspaley family in artisanal wine-making. The focus is on individual traditionally-made wines applying the same sort of discrimination and patience that brought them success with their pearls. The historic homestead and 5,000 acres of prime grazing land at the Bunnamagoo Estate lie between Bathurst and Oberon; the other Paspaley vineyard is at Eurunderee, in the Mudgee district, 200 kilometres away. This sparkling wine displays delicacy and complexity complimented by a fine bead and texture.

Lixie is the lovechild of Miga Aboulian who opened the store in Surry Hills with the vision of teaching people about cocoa. She spent the past five years improving her skills, two of them working with Herv Boutin, the only person in Australia with the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France title. At Lixie everything is geared towards showing off its onsite handmade, organic chocolate. The place is elegant with curved tiles and Belle poque-style brass fittings, with its gold and white trimmings and velvet teal seats by the window. If you dont get it in a tube, its worth a visit! The Goods Tube picks up locally so the flavour of the Milk Chocolate will vary according to the season and Miga's taste buds.
