Celebrity chef David Bitton’s product range derived from various influences: his French childhood and training, his grandfather’s Moroccan heritage and his wife Sohani's South African Indian background. The intent behind the range has always been to offer customers the ability to create restaurant-quality meals at home, without endless fuss and preparation. With that in mind, each product is carefully prepared using a wonderful array of 100% natural ingredients.
Despite its success, Bitton Gourmet is still a family run and owned business, with every batch of product created under David’s watchful eye. The range can be seen in fine food stores around Australia and internationally or at Bitton Gourmet Cafe and Grocer in Alexandria, Sydney.
