MY INSPIRATION

My childhood brings back fond memories of packing up the family home in December and heading off for weeks of summer holidays by the ocean. Our family holidays were carefree, nothing planned other than lying on the beach, reading and eating loads of sweet watermelon and strawberries in the sun. It was all so idyllic…and yet, still to this very day it's a yearly tradition that none of the family misses, even though we are spread all over the world.

What I love most about my holidays is the luxury of time. Time to lie in sun. Time to reflect on my life. Time to be with the family. Time to just be. These relaxing vacations in the sun were the inspirations behind my idea to create the Bellamee label.
