However, despite being listed as a "silent" ticking clock - you have definitely hear the ticking which is a shame.

I ordered this clock on the 4th December and still have not received this item, so I am very unimpressed . Presents that I ordered from the UK on the same date arrived within 5 days so why is it so difficult for my order to NZ to be delivered?? I trust you will provide me with an explanation - and meanwhile I remain very unhappy and feel conned
