Do not look like they do in the picture. Much darker and I was expecting them to be wooden as you can buy other wooden sets for the same price (and they look wooden in the picture) but they are just magnets with an ugly wood look sticker on them. Letters aren't very visible as the 'wood' is very dark.

Possibly the worst fridge magnets I have ever used !! They are very light, thin and don't hold anything on the fridge - you need about 6 to hold a photo on and they slide off very easily if you open or close the fridge door - it's a shame because they look really cute and the person I gave them to as a gift is a Scrabble fan.
