  • 5 5 5 5 There was an issue where the wrong item was sent out (it had a tag showing that it was what I ordered, but when you opened it out it wasn't) and the service in amending this was outstanding. My inquiry was answered quickly, a replacement was sent straight away, and despite my offer to send back the wrong item, I was told to keep it. Sometimes the measure of great service is how things are handled when they go wrong - and in this case it was done exceptionally well!
